For several years, Melenie has worked as an independent consultant sharing her knowledge and expertise through leadership projects and workplace training. With a background in adult education and training, Melenie is now a published writer, as well as an accomplished speaker on intercultural & diversity in the workplace, human resources, and leadership development. She has been an Essential Skills instructor for more than 10 years and continues to work with Workplace Education Manitoba on several exciting projects.
Further to her training experience, Melenie has a Certificate in Adult Continuing Education as well as a Psychological First Aid certificate which she applies to the training & education work she engages in. Her background in Human Resources helps support the diverse workforce bridge gaps and collaborate together for successful career and business growth.
