About the course

You will learn a single, repeatable method: read a pre-designed curriculum kit, align it to a real organizational need, adapt its assessments and activities for specific learners, and evaluate whether the training transfers to the workplace.

The course is grounded in the Government of Canada's Skills for Success Framework and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, and it uses real WEM curriculum kits (such as Change Readiness) as live practice material.
